摘要
This paper presents a brief overview of the current state-of-the-art of moisture measurement in trace levels. A brief introduction of moisture representation in various units and the importance and challenges of trace moisture measurement are provided to the reader. Although numerous research studies are available for high humidity measurement, the literature on trace moisture measurement is extremely limited. The commercial technologies of trace moisture measurement are categorized based on techniques, complexity, accuracy, range and cost. The challenges involved in developing low-cost trace moisture sensors and determining response parameters are discussed. Finally, experimental methods and test set-up for low moisture measurement are described.
