摘要
In a visible-light-driven GaN:ZnO@α-Ga 2 O 3 heterostructure, the GaN:ZnO core absorbed O 2 and stored photo-electrons at V O sites to form ·O 2 − , while the α-Ga 2 O 3 shell absorbed H 2 O/O 2 at V O and trapped photo-holes at V Ga to generate ·OH/ 1 O 2 .
