摘要
A mild, catalyst-free, efficient and environmentally friendly microdroplet method was developed for the synthesis of fifteen Betti bases using a variety of aldehydes, naphthols and amines with a 6.53×103 acceleration factor and 68–98 % yields at a scaled-up amount of 1.9 g h−1, making it an attractive sustainable alternative to classic organic synthesis for constructing Betti bases and derivatives.
