Objective
To explore the effect of cluster intervention on quality of life, coagulation indicator and complications in the perioperative period of tibial fracture.
Methods
A total of 136 patients with tibial fractures from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected as study objects, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the numerical table method, 68 cases of each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures, and the observation group was treated by cluster intervention.The quality of life, coagulation indexes and complications were compared between the two groups during the perioperative period.
Results
The daily living ability, limb movement and clinical efficacy of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). PLT level in the experimental group was close to normal level, and was significantly higher than the control group.D-D and FIB were compared, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). In addition, compared with the control group, TP and APTT in the experimental group were significantly prolonged, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In addition, the quality of life of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion
The cluster intervention measures in tibial fracture patients in the perioperative period can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, reduce coagulation indicator, and reduce the incidence of complications in a certain extent.It is worthy of clinical application.
