摘要
A novel 1,2,3,4-tetrazole-5-thiol-fused isosteviol derivative 3 has been synthesized and structurally characterized by IR, NMR, and HR-MS. It is more sensitive to Gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis than Gram-negative bacteria E. coli O157:H7. The results of anticancer activities demonstrated that compound 3 exhibited better anticancer activities against HCT-116 cell with IC50 value of 40.98 ± 1.9 μM.
