Zr4+-terephthalate MOFs with 6-connected structures, highly efficient As(iii/v) sorption and superhydrophobic properties

The utilization of terephthalate ligands with long alkyl chains resulted in the isolation of the first examples of Zr 4+ terephthalate MOFs with 6-c frameworks, showing selective As(III/V) sorption and oil–water separation capability.
