摘要
We designed and implemented a frequency-shifted acoustic emission (AE) signal acquisition system to capture AE signals generated during the operation of precision industrial machinery and equipment. First, we designed the architecture of the signal acquisition system and determined the selection of each functional module before completing the overall system design. Next, we completed the hardware design of the system, including the AE sensor, signal conditioning circuit, and FPGA processing core. Finally, we conducted an experimental test us-ing a grinding wheel grinder as an example to acquire the AE signal generated during the operation of the grinder, which verified the rationality and practicality of the acquisition system.
