摘要
These results identify CYP6B50 as a key generalist detoxification P450 in S. frugiperda and its role in mediating resistance to multiple insecticides. These findings provide insights into the role of cytochrome P450s in the evolution of insecticide resistance and will inform the development of strategies to manage or overcome resistance in a globally distributed crop pest.
