Clinical Effection of the Endoscopic Argon Plasma Coagulation in 56 Cases of Verrucosa Gastritis

Objective To observe the values of the endoscopic argon plasma coagulation (APC) in verrucosa gastritis.Methods 56 patients with verrucosa gastritis were coagulated by APC,the parameter of distance beteween the electric coagulation catheter and focus was 0.3~ 0.5 cm and the parameter of time interval 1~3 s.Results Clinical symptoms of all patients with verrucosa gastritis were significantly improved after APC and verrucosa gastritis were not found by following endoscopic examination.Conclusion APC is an effective and security and little side-effect method in the treatment of verrucosa gastritis.
