[Genealogical analysis in progenia].

The article is based on studies of 16 probands. Among 268 relatives of the proband 64 "progenic" were detected. Variability of the character manifestation, i.e. clinical polymorphism, incomplete penetrance and different expressiveness of the pathological gene, is typical of progeny. Genetic analysis helps recognizing this anomaly by external, slightly noticeable symptoms.
