Limitation of Action for Only Principal

In action, only the interest of defendant's borrow ed money is asked , has not asked to return the principal , the right of the princ ipal should not be regarded given up by plaintiff. The stop of action limitatio n extend to principal ,for interests is born on the principal naturally .
