摘要
The concept of dynamic chemistry enables efficient generation of complex systems and in situ organization of optimal constituents in response to thermodynamic and kinetic selection pathways. In this review, the concept at the constitutional level is described, highlighting some of the most important developments in the area. Special emphasis is put on three major areas: 1) Dynamic generation/amplification of bioactive substances; 2) Dynamic approaches to complex molecular architectures; and 3) Design and engineering of new dynamic materials.
