To the Editor We read with interest the study by Quandt et al1 who reported the largest cohort of immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI)–induced diabetes (ICI-D) to date. This national, trial-based approach provides timely and clinically relevant insights into the incidence and characteristics of ICI-D.
