SIMULATION STUDY ON THE FORMULATION OF THE BASE OIL OF SEMISYNTHETIC ENGINE OIL

The base oil of semisynthetic engine oil was formulated with mineral oil,polyalphaolefin,polyol ester and high-pressure hydrogenation BS bright stock,and the PB values,friction coefficients and viscosity indexes of the base oils with different mixture ratios were measured.Then,through the simulation study on the base oil concoction with double hidden layers BP artificial neural network,the mixture ratio optimization model of the base oil of semisynthetic engine oil was established.After the optimization train,the mixture ratio with excellent comprehensive properties was educed finally.When formulated with the mixture ratio like(49.9957)∶4.3693∶42.4578∶3.1772,the base oil's PB value,friction coefficient and viscosity index reached 56 kg,0.065 and 112 respectively,which were coincident with the experimental results.
