Construction of modern enterprise integrated management system

Based on the effects of modern scientific and technological advances on enterprise, the international trends of enterprise management innovation, and China抯 enterprise system innovation, the paper first analyzes the historical characteristics of China抯 enterprise management practice and its theoretic development; the paper then puts forward a preliminary framework of enterprise management system under an open market economy condition. Finally, the paper points out that some solid theoretic studies should be carried out by academic circle, and enterprises should emphasize and develop ‘brain-building project’, making it the source of enterprise development.
