摘要
Taking the leaves and stem pieces of Salix psammophila as the explant,the WPM,MS and F14 as minimal medium,with the hormones of 6- BA and NAA,the tissue culture researches have been conducted. The results show that WPM is the minimal medium most suitable for callus of induce,and the suitable explant is stem pieces. The hormones combination and concentration are 6- BA 0. 5 mg / L + NAA1. 5 mg / L with the highest callus induction frequency of 87. 5%. This research has laid a foundation for fine clonal propagation of Salix psammophila by tissue culture,cytogenetics research work and gene transformation by plantlet regeneration system.
