SAT-175 TOLVAPTAN TREATMENT IN POLYCYSTIC KIDNEY DISEASE

Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) is the most common hereditary kidney disease with pain, hypertension and kidney damage. Many studies have demonstrated that vasopressin V2 receptor antagonists slow down cyst growth and kidney damage during the course of the disease. In this study, the initiation and follow-up parameters of our patients who were treated with tolvaptan were presented.
