Left Ventricular Diastolic Function Parameters in Dilated Cardiomyopathy Syndrome Applications

Objective: To observe the functional parameters of left ventricular Shu dilated cardiomyopathy syndrome in the application.Methods: Comply with dilated cardiomyopathy patients 240 cases,left ventricular diastolic function parameters were observed early mitral flow peak filling velocity,mitral late peak filling velocity flow.Results: In indices such as dilated cardiomyopathy patients blood stasis syndrome,phlegm blockage syndrome and normal control group,there were no significant differences in the heart qi weakness,Qi,heart deficiency,yang collapse syndrome compared with the control group.As the EV value gradually decreased,AV value gradually increased,heart qi weakness,Qi,heart deficiency of three groups showed significant differences.Conclusion: Left ventricular diastolic function parameters can be used as dilated cardiomyopathy TCM syndrome indicators
