Based on the technology combining MTO with FCC gasoline olefin-reducing and using molecular sieve catalyst,MTO,FCC gasoline olefin-reducing and combination of both were studied on a fixed bed micro-reactor.Typical acid catalysts were compared.The results showed that the combined process was non-steady and small molecule olefins exhibited autocatalytic phenomenon,resulting in notable change in product distribution with time.NH3-TPD results showed that the catalysts with moderate and strong acidity distribution could meet the requirement of the reactions on synergistic catalytic effects.Favorable reaction condition was as follows: SAPO-34 catalyst,400 ℃,m(methanol)∶ m(methanol+FCC gasoline)=15%,reaction for 30 min.Olefin content in FCC gasoline decreased by 50% and high small molecule olefins yield were attained under the condition.
