Complete Genomic Sequence of Papaya mosaic virus Isolate from Hainan Island,China

The complete genomic sequence of Papaya mosaic virus of Hainan isolate(PaMV-HN,GenBank: JX524226),a member of the genus Potexvirus,was determined,which shared with a 99.6% nucleotide sequence identity with the PaMV isolate from USA(GenBank: NC_001748).The complete genomic sequence of PaMV-HN was 6 656 nucleotides long and the genome contained five typically conserved open reading frames found in members of the genus Potexvirus.
