Application and prospect of the haplotype map of the human genome for genetic association study of human common disease

The haplotype map of the human genome is a common model of constructing polymorphism loci in human DNA sequencs. Its expected achievements will be a critical information for identifying the associated gene with human health and disease, drugs and surrounding reaction. It will help to promote the development of diagnostic tools. Here we would review the application of haplotype map for genetic association study of human common disease.
