摘要
Multiferroic flexible composite films on ITO-coated PET substrates for pyroelectric energy conversion. A maximum figure of merit of 8.67% was observed in 5 wt% of MnFe 2 O 4 and 12.19% in 10 wt% of NiFe 2 O 4 composite film.
