Research on Construction Organization Design and Engineering Cost Application Based on BIM Technology

Abstract The development of the construction industry promotes the development of BIM technology, which in turn promotes the development of the construction industry. This paper first analyzes the status quo of BIM technology, construction organization design and engineering cost, and then analyzes the construction organization design and engineering cost application based on BIM technology. This paper takes a residential building as an example for detail, uses BIM technology to carry out modeling and measurement, construction schedule plan, site layout and project cost, and conducts the rationality analysis of the quantity and the rationality of the cost. The results show that the development of BIM technology greatly facilitates the construction organization design and engineering cost of construction projects.
