摘要
This study addresses the limited corrosion resistance of 45 steel in marine environments by combining femtosecond laser ablation and spraying techniques to create an “armor-like” superhydrophobic micro/nanostructure on its surface. The laser ablation forms micrometer-sized circular patterns, followed by spraying polydimethylsiloxane and micro/nano-SiO2 mixture to achieve a superhydrophobic coating. The modified surface significantly enhances corrosion resistance. Experimental results show that, even after exposure to water flow and abrasion, the surface retains excellent superhydrophobicity and durability. Electrochemical tests and corrosion morphology analysis further confirm the protective effect. This work offers a novel solution for enhancing the corrosion resistance of 45 steel in harsh environments, providing an innovative approach to corrosion protection for metallic materials.
