摘要
An extensive study of magnesium fluoride as an underlayer is reported. Its behavior and characteristics are compared to those of the calcium and lithium fluorides previously studied. In addition, the possible fractal nature of the MgF2 films is investigated and compared to that of CaF2 and LiF thin films.
