Explain Problems of Designing Superheater and Steam Temperature Regulation System for Industrial Boilers

For a surface type attemperator using boiler feed water,there is not single-phase heat exchange but two-phase with condensing process on superheating steam side.The attemperator should be located upon superheating surface with steam flowing down.Instead of normal condition for a superheater with gas regulating damper the design condition is the lowest one on which the normal value of superheating steam temperature should be held.It is unreasonable to put superheater of low pressure boiler closely furnace to expose from radiating heat.3 calculating examples are listed.
