Strengthening Warning System of Environmental Mornitoring Efficiently Dealing with Local Eco-environmental Emergency

The current situation and characteristic of eco-environmental emergency and environmental monitoring countermeasure for dealing with the emergency were briefly described to point out the problems of environmental monitoring response to the emergency.It was proposed to speed up the early warning technology system for monitoring,to provide plenty of early warning monitoring options,and to emphasis on bio-ecological monitoring at the early warning and monitoring,to improve the comprehensive evaluation of environment quality,to play environmental information system's role in early warning and monitoring and to train skilled personnel of early warning monitoring technologies.
