Isolation and Characterization of An Endogenous Porcine Parvovirus

A porcine parvovirus was isolated for PK15 cell cultures suspected of an unknown virus contamination. Through examinations of the isolate on type of cellular morphology,biochemicl reaction we find that. It was characterized to be a porcine parvovirus . The VP2 gene of the isolate was cloned and sequenced.
