In the paper, the dual-protein was put forward, the foreign and domestic survey of soybean milk dual-protein yoghurt was summarized. Meantime, the nutritional composition of soybean milk dual-protein yoghurt was expounded. The influence factors of product were analysised and the strategies were pointed out. The paper draws a conclusion that dual-protein yoghurt will be a new widespread product in future food industry market.
