Optimization extraction conditions of flavonoid from Flavera bidentis(L.) Kunta leaf by RSM

The extraction of flavonoid from Flavera bidentis(L.) Kunta leaf were optimized by response surface methodology based on Box-Behnken.The research had investigated the influence of some factors on extraction effect of flavonoid which included ratio of material and liquid,extraction temperature and extraction time.Result showed,optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extraction solvent was 80% ethanol,ratio of material and liquid was 1:20.9,extraction temperature was 72.0degrees,extraction time was 1.1h.
