Research on Identification of Crime of Speculative Reselling of Train Ticket After Ticket Selling Is Reformed

The crime of speculative reselling of train ticket is a traditional offence.However,new crime forms have appeared after the ticket selling is reformed,which causes difficulties for identifying the new actions of reselling train ticket speculatively.The author started from the new crime forms resulted from the reform of ticket selling,analyzed several new speculative reselling of train ticket so as to give helps for solving the new speculative reselling of train ticket.
