Surgical repair of total atrioventricular sepyum defect:36 cases report

[Objective] To explore the surgical repair method of complete atrioventricular defect effect.[Method] 36 cases with complete atrioventricular defect effect underwent opereations.[Result] 2 patients died,The other patients resumed sinus rhythmus,and none had even a temporary complete atrioventricular block.8 cases with light mitral valve regurgitation and 2 cases with moderate mitral valve regurgitation.[Conclusions] It is vital to operate earlier and prevent the stenosis of left ventricular outflow path and the regurgitation of mitral valve.
