Direct Adaptive Flight Control Based on BACKSTEPPING Theory

BACKSTEPPING theory is developed following the feedback linearization theory.While BACKSTEPPING based nonlinear flight control approach is better than the approach based on feedback linearization,because it is assumed that aircraft dynamic satisfies timescale separation property when feedback linearization is applied,while it's maybe caused instability.But BACKSTEPPING based nonlinear flight control approach is not robust when the model is not accurate just as feedback linearization.A direct adaptive flight control law based on BACKSTEPPING theory is designed,which show robust to uncertain model by the simulation.
