摘要
This paper presents the experimental test results of the X-ray detectors based on our simultaneous photon counting and energy integrating readout ASIC. The readout ASIC consists of 128 signal processing channels. Each signal processing channel contains a photon counting channel and an energy integrating channel. The detector module consists of 8 readout ASICs, a CdTe sensor and a fan-out PCB that connects the ASICs and the sensor. The detector performance was then characterized using X-ray tubes. The energy responses of the detectors were measured using the characteristic X-ray of the target materials. The non-uniformity of both the charge-voltage gain and energy threshold among channels was measured and then compensated by tuning the local DACs. The polarization effects of both energy integrating and photon counting channels under different photon fluxes were studied. The detailed test results will be presented on the conference.
