摘要
In the new energy vehicle “battery, motor, electronic control” three horizontal technology development layout system, motor as the core component of electric energy and mechanical energy conversion, its performance is directly related to the vehicle performance. It is one of the ways to solve the problem of high power density of electric vehicle motor that the heat of end winding is rapidly derived by heat pipe heat transfer technology to reduce the temperature rise of motor. The assembly process of heat pipe was designed. The finite element model and temperature field simulation of the two motors were established by ANSYS fluent, and the prototype was made for further test. The test results show that: the simulation results are close to the test results of the prototype, the high temperature region is located at the end of the winding, and the motor design of the cooling system with heat pipe can effectively reduce the temperature rise of the motor, which puts forward a new idea for the heat dissipation design of PMSM for electric vehicles.
