Review of Study on Infiltration from Point Sources

Infiltration from point sources can be classified as two categories based on ponding and unponding water. Means of study on infiltration from point sources consisted of experiment results, semi analytical solution, analytical solution of steady linearization infiltration, analytical solution of time dependent linearization infiltration and numerical calculation. This paper introduces the research results on the infiltration from point sources at home and abroad. Some problems about the infiltration from point sources to be further solved are discussed.
