Problems and Tactics of Class Atmosphere Construction for College Freshmen

Class atmosphere is the basic element that forms a university's atmosphere.Once it's formed,it have influence and restriction on the members of the class through many layers.Class atmosphere not only has close relations with the students' growth and development,but also is the foundation of the construction of the university's atmosphere.In this paper,guided by the related educational viewpoints,the authors analyzed the problems and reasons in the construction of freshmen class atmosphere after one year's practice and the purpose is to probe into the tactics and ways of class atmosphere construction.
