Circuit controlled light source system of RGB LED for multi-star simulator

In order to meet the requirements for developing multi-star simulator in miniaturization,high-precision,large field of view,and high reliability,a circuit controlled light source system based on full color RGB lamp was proposed.It can control the spectrum and brightness of as many as 20 pieces of full color RGB lamp by changing the constant current source of each lamp and adjusting the brightness of each base color.Each color is divided into 4 gears and as a result,each lamp could form 63 kinds of brightness combination.Main compositions of the system are upper computer,RS485 communication bus and circuit control modules.Testing results show that its short-term(3 days) stability of output optical power is better than 1/1 000.It works stably,and fully meets the engineering requirements.
