摘要
In order to analyze the temperature field of workpieces in the vacuum heat treatment furnace,a 3-D numerical model taking the whole furnace and workpieces as one investigation object was developed.A PID module applied to control the furnace temperature was integrated and the nonlinear factors of thermo-physical properties were taken into account.Aided by commercial software,the numerical simulation of the transient heat transfer process of workpieces,thermal insulation walls and heating tubes was performed.The comparison between numerical simulation results and experimental ones shows the two basically fit each other.And finally,the optimized technical parameters are proposed according to the simulated results.
