Design and Making of Blade Shaping Mould for Axial Fan

Aimed at the great difficulty and high cost to machine shaping mould of equal-thick circular plate blade,the making of upper mould and lower mould combines the layering machining with whole machining,only demanding common machining equipment to complete complex free surface machining,and reducing the difficulty and the cost.The field production demonstrates that the geometric dimensioning of the cold-pressing blade by this mould meets the demand of drawing,and that the performance of the complete machine reaches the design requirements.This method has a good application prospect because of the wide range of work and the low processing cost.
