The mutual adaptability principle of the teaching process

In the teaching process,teachers and students are participants in the common activities.They are subjects as well as objects.Therefore the mutual adaptability between the teaching of teachers and learning of students is inevitable to appear in the teaching process.Teachers' teaching must be oriented to the students' present learning characteristics and levels and students' learning must be adapted to the teachers' teaching style.In the teaching,the development of the mutual adaptability makes the teaching process more coordinative,cooperative and smooth.The key for this is to develop students' students' autonomous learning ability and solve problems.This is one of the most important principles for the organization of teaching process and reform of teaching method.
