On the Behavior Relatons in the Theory of“Behavior Statistics”

The author insists that in the course of false statistic producing, people easily find out that the producer and user of statistic information are mutual related and influenced; the emerging of their behavior has much to do with statistic informa- tion. This paper demonstrates in detail behavior statistic, its studying field and basic framework, as well as the relationship be- tween statistic information and behavior.
