Diagnosis and analysis of echocardiography in fetal congenital heart disease

Objective: Exploration and analysis of echocardiography on diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease.Methods: Review and analyze 300 cases of maternal fetal echocardiography.Results: 300 cases of fetal echocardiography in multiparous pregnant women,after follow up or autopsy after induced labor,found 41 cases of congenital heart disease,including 37 cases of congenital heart malformations,accounted for 90.2%(37 /41);missed diagnosis in 3 cases,accounting for 7.31%(3 /41);misdiagnosis in 4 cases,accounting for 9.75%(4 /41).The sensitivity of 87.56%,specificity of 100%,accuracy of 90.24%.In 4 cases by autopsy after induced labor,6 cases were confirmed after birth.Conclusion: Echocardiography has a great significance in improve diagnosis the fetal congenital heart disease,in eugenics and in improve the quality of the population.
