Study on Relationship betwween Rutin Content and Deferent Growth Period of Leave Sophora japonixa L.

Objective To research the relationship between Rutin content and deferent growth period of leave Sophora japonixa L.Methods Rutin as index,to pick up leaves Sophora japonixa L.from deferent growth period and determine Rutin content by HPLC.Results Rutin content was the highest in April to May,while lowest in June to July.Conclusion The result revealed the law of Rutin content change with growth period,which provide basis for choosing the best harvesting times of leaves Sophora japonixa L.
