A rapid method was created for determination of 6 flavonoids (naringin, hesperidin, neohesperidin, nobiletin, tangeretin, sinensetin) in citrus fruit. The flavonoids were extracted by ASE from fruit tissue and the concentrations were detected by the rapid resolution liquid chromatography. The results showed the naringin, hesperidin, neohesperidin, nobiletin, tangeretin and sinensetin in citrus fruits could be analyzed simultaneously; the recovery were 96.5% to 97.7 %and RSD were 1.0% to 1.5%. This method is accurate, rapid and simple and can be used for the determination of flavonoids in citrus fruit.
