Determination of Aconitine in Gastric Contents of the Rabbits by LC-MS

OBJECTIVE:To study the LC-ESI/MSn method in the detection of aconitine in gastric contents of the rabbits.METHODS:The content of aconitine in gastric contents was determined by LC-ESI/MSn.RESULTS:In the simulated medicolegal investigation,aconitine that hadn't metabolized was found in gastric juice of the rabbits at 3 days of poisoning with aconitine.CONCLUSION:This detection method can be applied to detect aconitine in gastric juice and provides reference of medicolegal investigation of aconitine poisoning.
