Study on Proportioning of Modified Ephedra Asarum Herb Aconite Decoction Formula and Dose

Using ethology of average incidence of allergic rhinitis mice C_57BL6 as index,uniform design is adopted to optimize formula and dose of modified ephedra asarum herb aconite decoction.the sequence of importance is:aconiteastragalusSaposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.) Schischkephedraasarum herbatractylodes macrocephala;aconite,astragalus,Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.) Schischk,asarum herb have positive relationship with the number of grabbing nose,ephedra,atractylodes macrocephala have negetive relationship with the number of grabbing nose;the interaction of ephedra and asarum herb,astragalus and aconite are positive;ephedra and astragalus,astragalus and Saposhnikovia divaricata(Turcz.) Schischk are negative.
