Clown nose-like cutaneous metastasis

In this work, we report nodular lesions on the nasal tip, also known as ‘clown nose-like’ lesions, in a patient with lung carcinoma. Clown nose-like lesions have been reported to be associated with various malignancies and may present as the initial manifestation of lung carcinoma. Our work highlights the importance of remaining vigilant for the presence of tumours when nasal lesions resembling a clown nose are observed in clinical practice.
