摘要
The article is devoted to the study of the dependence of the accuracy of the binocular technical vision system on the distance to the observed object. The study is carried out within the framework of solving the problem of establishing the distance to the object using the introduced calibration coefficient. Variable values are the distance to the object and the working resolution of the cameras of our stereovision system. The accuracy of the system is statistically investigated, expressed in such values as mathematical expectation and standard deviation on a set of measurements with a constant distance. On the obtained values, the type of the curve of the calibration coefficient is studied. A hypothesis is put forward, according to which the calibration coefficient can be approximated to obtain its intermediate values. This hypothesis is discussed on the basis of the obtained data.
