PREPARATION OF SILICONATED POLYACRYLATE EMULSION FOR PIGMENT PRINTING

The siloxane emulsion was synthesized from the polymerization of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and acrylate.The effect of amounts of silicone,emulsion,initiator,and temperature on performances of emulsion was discussed.The result showed that when the mass of anion emulsion and non-ion emulsion was 1/3,the content of emulsion was 3 %,the content of silicone was 10 %,the content of initiator was 1.0 %,the temperature was 80 ℃,the emulsion porformed well.
